Meet Chef Jackie
I’ve always believed food should feel like home. My journey started at Le Cordon Bleu, where I sharpened my culinary skills, and continued at DeVry University, graduating summa cum laude with a BS in Business Management and a minor in Hospitality. But my true passion for cooking came from growing up surrounded by frozen and prepackaged meals—I just knew there had to be something better out there.
That curiosity turned into creativity, and I fell in love with experimenting, trying new things, and discovering how fresh ingredients can transform even the simplest dish. Cooking became more than a skill—it became a way to connect, to comfort, and to celebrate.
While I can bake (and do it well), it’s not where my heart lies. My joy is in crafting soulful meals that highlight fresh flavors, Southern charm, and a touch of imagination. Every dish I create is about more than food—it’s about making moments memorable.
